I was doing so good -______-

I had it all figured out.Lose weight,become healthier.etc
I've fallen of the wagon.i don't know what it is with me and eating bread. I eat it so much...
I want to look back a year or two from know and remember what it took for me to overcome something , as important as this.
Another problem i have is sitting all the damn time.I love to walk, but for some reason i hate to walk near people.I know i can do this i just really need some helpful tips on avoiding carbs and exercising ...

  • LIke I would hear myself ;) What I found out, that helps me is eating nuts. I eat 10 nuts a day. 3 hazel nuts, some walnuts & 5 almonds. I eat them usually in between lunch & diner VERY slowly & with full glass of water afterwards. For some reason, I find myself craving less when I eat those daily. Hope maybe it'll do a little trick for you :) Good luck!!

You can go one of two ways. Throw a pity party, or just tell yourself that tomorrow will be better and commit to making it happen.

Do you have short term goals? How are you rewarding yourself? Have you tried Zumba or some other workout regiment that is fun? Is it a part of your daily routine? Do you have support from friends and/or family? Do you drink lots and lots of water? Lol, no this isn't 21 questions, just some thoughts I was thinkin while reading your post :).

I know it is insanely hard to say no to delicious bread but the fact is, and this may not be true for everyone, constant bread snacking and sitting will not allow you to lose what you want to lose. You have to really WANT this in order for it to work! You can do this. Your first step at making a change shows that you believe enough in yourself to make this happen. If you need any support or need to talk about anything, feel free to add me! Good luck to you.
  • I'll give it a try thanks so much
