  • The reasons most diets Fail is that we feel we are deprived of things we enjoy, I have a cheat day every week and i have lost 52lbs since December i do not deprive myself and still eat my favorite things just smaller portions or get creative with the recipes.
  • Pasta is my kryptonite i have 2 protein shakes a day usually chocolate peanut butter or banana split or ice coffee but spaghetti, maccaroni and other carbs have always been a problem so now i just make sure i watch portions and stay at 1200 calories
  • Could not agree more Its all about the inches make sure you are measuring on a regular basis have you thought of adding a protein shake to your workouts? Goal is to lose weight and Gain lean muscle and become more fit Healthy not skinny.
