Sometimes they fill me up. I usually use them as an after workout snack since I always have left over calories. Last year I did lost 10 pounds doing the special K diet.

I've been wondering that too, because I also have that workout tape. And I've always been told when you strength train to take a day off in between or else you can tear or injure your muscles if you workout the exact same ones too much. And the 1st time I did that video I went a lil over board and had a hard time standing…

I weighed in at 187 before thanksgiving. Today I hopped on the scale bloated and not feeling well... and it said 189.. :( I binged so bad the last 2 days. >.< So I have to get back on the horse again today

I keep having the same issue. I'm supposed to be eating 1260 and am always in the 900s or at 1000

I have the exact same problem and my bf yells at me when I have calories left over since my inactive days I'm supposed to eat 1200 calories, but on my active days unless I go out to eat.. I have a ridiculous amount of calories left over and I'm usually really full. One night I had like 800 extra calories from working out…
