These are my favorite Oatmeal add ins: Yogurt, raspberries, and a sprinkle of slivered almonds. Pumpkin puree, raisins and pumpkin pie spice. I try to aim for around 6 liters of water a day. I use a Sigg bottle that holds exactly 1 liter to keep track. It varies because I also drink a lot of green tea. I don't count towards my water total. Sometimes my urine is clear or very pale yellow. Depends on the vitamins I took that day too.

Yes, this is exactly what happens with me. There is a Korean place near me that gives me brown rice on request. Its insanely good. I'm not even too crazy about white rice at home. I must just really suck at cooking rice in general! :)

Hmm, I'd like to test this out on myself. Perhaps later in my diet though. The nutritionist I work sets certain food goals for me. 1 cup of grain per day is one of them.
