I like cucumber by it self. Or with a cheese stick and a piece of Deli meat. You can use the Cuc as a cracker or sliced long as pretend bread.

I can't wait for Cucs to start getting there Cuc on. I am growing garlic for the first time and it fun to watch them grow. Beans are going mad already and I look forward to throwing some in the freezer for this winter.

I know I have in total only lost a couple pounds but I too feel like they show. Or I at least feel them. Its a great feeling and keeps me moving slowly down.

No change for me. 198.6 last week and this week. I am happy to be under 200 hundred I just need to keep at it. Keep working out and eating all my calories in a healthy way!

I missed weigh in this week. Had a much better week though. from 200 down to 198.6. Yay for Onederland. Now I just need to bump up my excersice and avoid the snacks.

Thank you So much Rach! This week I want to work on staying away from salt and eating all my calories on the weekend. Healthy not junk. I want to get in 4 good long walks at work and 3 at home.

Ok guys what has everyone been doing this week? Anyone set any mini goals for the week? I have been trying to eat my servings of fruits and veggies. Excersize wise I have had a slow week. Getting at least 10 to 20 min of walking in. I have more pt on my knee this week. Anyone have any goals to work on next week?
