Oh wow!! Okay yeah I'd be good with 4 pounds in two weeks by doing a 20 minute workout! =) I'm encorporating other exercises into the day as well so hopefully that will help even more!

i dont understand how it can say lose up to 20 pounds in 30 days when you'd only burn 150 or so! ugh! frustrating. lol i guess i'll just try it out and see. what could it hurt! are you doing it currently?

Good for you!! I've also kept my weight kind of secret until joining myfitnesspal. I used to weigh 157 a few months ago. It definately is a a great feeling when the weight starts to come off and you see the numbers on the scale go down and down! Good luck!!!

That is a great way to look at things! I only lost .2 pounds from yesterday to toda, but that's still almost 1.5 pounds in two days! I'll definately take that over nothing.
