I'm 25 and have more then 50lb to lose, I'm single so have no support at home and therefore no one but myself to keep an eye on me.

Make a chilli and lime paste and coat it over the chicken, yum yum. A few fresh salads with a little balsamic glaze. My fave atm.

I just bought a Fitbit which is currently keeping me motivated and moving. Also the idea of buying a new wardrobe with women's clothes from brands that I love. I've done some reading on this, I had he same worry a few days ago. I set myself on 1200 although MFP wanted me on 1750. I've read not to go under 1200 otherwise yo may struggle with starvation mode. I adjusted to 1500 although I am always under. Make sure your diet is varied so you get all the nutrition your body needs.…

I'm so pleased to hear that. I'm just shorter then you, and weigh 285. MFP wanted to put me on 1700cal/day, but I thought this was too much, so have put myself on 1200. Glad I'm not too far off then.

I don't have access to any gym equipment, the nearest gym to me is a 60 mile round trip. Also haven't heard of some of the things people say they do so please make sure the challenge is clearly explained. Looking forward to starting 1st Sept.
