Add me as a friend. It takes a lot of time to be on track. I am at around day 55 and still have issues with keeping on track and remembering to track. I think "they say" that it takes 21 days to break or make a habit. Keep going. Don't give up

I had the same problem. I found some that were specifically meant for running as they are rubber and corkscrew into your ear. They claimed that sweat and water will not make them fall out and as of right now, the claim is correct. I don't know the brand but they are red and black, bought them from Walmart, $39.99 or so.…

You may not be eating enough. Having too few calories can cause you to maintain or even gain . It is a balancing act.

I work from home (sales). I actually eat better when I am at home than when I am in the office. There are too many temptations at work. I do not have a car so popping out for a snack is not an option.

I personally started light and gradually moved up. I love lifting heavy. I can tell you that I started working out on shoulder press at 3 lbs and now use 17lbs for 3 sets of 12 reps. Clean and Press I used to use the smallest bar possible but now I use a 45 lb bar. You have to work up to it.

If you are in a big city, go to China Town or your local farmer's market. If you drive or live very close to a grocery store, buy produce daily from the "discount" bin.
