I don't really like the black team at all. Find most of the women whiney and the men all just game playing. Like the blue team better. And I am not too sure about them yet.

I agree that salads don't fill me up. Sometimes I eat them as a side. I have to agree with more fiber and protein. This is the first time I am not hungry all the time and my fiber is always over. Sometimes I have felt not satisfied but that has gotten better with time.

The 3 day weekend is almost over. Dang it. Although I am a little bored. Robin, I did not lose any weight for over a month then last week 2 pounds and this week 6. Well, I must admit that I like the things that are bad for me. And it really is our fault. If we didn't buy it they wouldn't put it in. I was not happy when they got rid of the bad oil at theatres. Congrats Marymooster on sticking with it for almost 100. I have at least that much also. I have heard that before about shopping the outer edge of the store. Though I think it demands a reminder now and again. All the small changes we can do add up to a large change. We CAN do this. We WILL do this.

You are right Becky, sometimes life happens and we can only do our best with our eating. It is times like that which are our true tests. Even if for some reason our calories do go over does not mean that we have sabatoged our plan. There will always be things that we can not control in our lives the true test after we eat…

I am sure we want anyone, man or woman, who needs to lose. We all know it is hard here otherwise we wouldn't all have over 100 pounds to lose. I made it to the gym today and did my workout. Yeah. Still hate:explode: it with a passion but I am sticking to it. Boy the weekend went way to fast.

Don't feel bad Ellen sometimes the scale just doesn't move fast. I just keep telling myself at least it is not going up. I am thinking anyday now my scale will move a couple of pounds.

I only do easy too Stephanie. Sounds good. I love breakfast anytime. The other day I bought the Southwest egg beaters and added a slice of weight watchers chees. Yumm. Although I think it had a lot of sodium. But Yumm.

Somebody wrote they want to challenge us to lose 15 pounds by Halloween. Count me in. I would like more but I got get this dang scale to move. I am also going for at least 5 days of exercising a week. What is everyone favorite healthy meal here? I need some more ideas. Sometimes a chicken breast gets a little boring.
