My progress from September 23, 2009 to September 23, 2010:
-Down 116 pounds (my original goal was to lose 115 in a year, but now that I've made that I'm going for another thirty pounds)
-I've gone from a 3x shirt to a medium; from a tight 24 to a tight 10 pant size
-I've dropped my BMI from 46.8 to 28.1

    First I want to say this: YOU look AMAZING!

    Second can I ask you this: what would you say was the thing that helped you the most?
    What was the hardest thing?
    What was the easiest?

    Thank you so much for being such an inspiration.
    I am so stuck at my present weight. It took me about 2 months to lose 25 lbs.
    I have been stuck for over 2 months though: haven't lost any or gained any. I will not give up though!
