Im in!!! Not sure what to do but count me in!!! :happy: My goals for October 1st-8th :heart: eat every 3 hours :heart: drink every 1.5 hours :heart: exercise 3xs wk :heart: smile and speak a possitive note 1x hour!!! I think that will be good for right now!! :flowerforyou:
