  • I have a job where I walk a moderate amount through out the day and if I don't work out, I have trouble hitting the 10,000 steps. I have started standing at night while we are watching TV and doing steps on a single step. Only way I can make it.

  • That is exactly what mine is doing too! I was really frustrated that I had eaten healthy, watched my calories, worked out hard and then no loss! But then I had a three lbs loss the next week. This has happened 3 times, I wish I knew why!?!?!?!?
