I no longer put in my exercise mins because Im finding it makes me think I should be eating more when really as long as I dont go below 1,100 cals per day my metabolsium should be ok. if I were to eat to little cals my body would go into starvation mode which then my body will store…

Cottage cheese or baby bell cheese, hummus and veggies....go for the protein it will keep you full longer...carbs you need but not as snacks...and make sure carbs are under 17g per serving in anything you eat!! best of luck with your healthy lifestyle!

you could come at it as the better person and make it clear you are choosing to get healthy its not all about be skinny...some skinny ppl are very weak.bottom line everyone should be gearing toward being healthy. best of luck with everything....

if you are weighing yourself at diffrent times of the day or after a workout you will see a bigger number most of the time...you have to weigh yourself w/the same conditions even if you weigh yourself everyday it has to be the same conditions!! an hour or 2 can be a big diffrence..it could be an extra 8 oz of water you…
