I do not exercise now because I am getting a second degree. My prior life I was a runner & an aerobics instructor. To put down that I exercise a lot now would be a lie. I study a lot. I am questioning a math problem here, not an individual.

I agree with everyone saying find a local running store. Those individuals are experts in running shoes and what you need for your particular gait. Do not be afraid to tell them you have a budget. I have a medical science education background and completely agree with the people saying the heartrate monitor is more accurate. I am questioning the math here people NOT THE INDIVIDUAL DOING THE EXERCISE!

I weigh solids and measure liquids. Remember there are strange calcuations out there pasta being one of them (Dried v. Cook) Popcorn another. There are plenty of website to help you. Good Luck.

Hi Emma! The time constrant thing is hard for anyone. A few suggestions for you. Frozen Meals: Microwave 6 mins, grap some frozen veggies and you are good to go. Portion control at its finest.
