Once upon a time I tried making lunch my biggest meal but that was crazy. If you think about it if you eat dinner at 6pm you wake at 7 am. That is 13 hours you go without fuel. So dinner should be the biggest in my opinion. (for what my opinion is worth)

1st you are not going to have a heart attack. From a medical perspective High BP and exercise isn't going to give you a heart attack. So forget that thought. I went from 1200 to 1950 in one day. I didn't do the reset. I just started two weeks ago. I feel so much better now that I am eating!! I'm also very aware of what I'm eating. I'm eating more but trying to be very clean about it.

I belong to a gym but never go. I prefer home or outside workouts. My favorite DVD lately is Xtreme Time Saver training with Jackie Warner. Its 30 mins of hard core weights. You screwed up breakfast, not the day. 1. Go for an extra walk. or Workout a little longer later today. 2. The stomach ache will pass. 3. Eat more veggies the rest of the day. The Veggies will help negate the bad. Don't cry. So you ate breakfast at IHOP. I can bet it won't be the last time you eat there.

Do you have to do these exercises in a gym or can you do it at home. I thought about buying the book, but HATE my gym's weight area.

Quick question (I Know my numbers) as far as MFP is concerned. For Calorie Goals I use TDEE -15%. I make sure I eat that in the Food Category everyday. If I log exercise, Ignore NET Except if it is below BMR (then eat to meet the BMR)?

My family has put this on veggies since I can remember. Broccoli, Brussell Sprouts, greens of any kind. This may be the reason my parents who are in their 70's have never had a weight problem and are healthy people!! I love the stuff.... put it on all my green veggies as well. I have never thought about just drinking it??…
