I was a child gymnast and going sans shoes is the preferred method! I go without when doing an exercise video at home on carpet. I feel like I am less prone to injury. Otherwise I'm wearing sneakers.

Don't worry about the food part. Stay hydrated. Water water water! Your body can go without food for a day. If your body doesn't want food listen to it.

Week days with work and school we eat between 7-8. We try really hard to eat before 8 just because we want to digest some before bed. But weekends we try to eat early but that hardly ever happens. I feel better when I eat earlier, but everyone is different.

I am not a huge soda drinker, but I have a diet coke about 1-2 times a week and its like a treat for me. When I crave it I'll have it. I figure it's a lot better than other things I'll crave. Enjoy your DC!

My scale at home and the scale at the Doctor are an 8 lbs difference!! 8lbs. It's a mind game everytime. It sucks. I'm gonna do away with all scales.

I have a polar FT4 and I burn about 197 calories when i'm at a moderate pace on level one and I burn 234 when I'm really going all out with the workout.

I pay $10 a month for Planet Fitness, which is the basic gym. No pool, spa, or track or fitness classes. The other gym in town is $55 a month and when I lived in South Florida I paid $65 a month.

Probably 110. I got rid of about 40 this summer. My favorite are Jessica Simpson because I have small feet and they fit like a glove always in my size. I can order them online and never worry about fit! I also live in FL so the majority of my shoes are open toed!

I have an annual pass to DisneyWorld as I live 90 mins away from it and it's a fun thing to do on a Sat. Food wise this is what we do to keep costs low and eat semi healthly. Hang in there. You didn't put on the weight in two weeks you can't expect to lose it in two weeks. You have to develop new habits, new life style patterns and ways of eating. Go for a walk put on your favorite music and enjoy life. Do not be discouraged.
