My blood work showed I was low and my doctors has me taking Vitamen D3 1000mg, 3 capsules a day. My doctor said theyare discovering the great benefits to Vitamen D. I guess there is a difference between Vitamen D and Viatment D3 and the D3 is the one you should go with.
