Try looking under recent in your food diary. When you click add food, there are several tabs, one is recent. It holds a lot of your food history.

Congrats! It always keeps me motivated when someone (besides my hubby) notices. Especially when I don't tell anyone that I am loosing weight. I am so happy for you. You can add me as a friend. I like helping people stay motivated and to have being motivated myself.

I've had my PF7 for about a month and I love it. Gives me a closer idea to what I am really doing, especially when cycling. MFP doesn't take wind or hills into account.

I end the challenge doing another 9.2 over the weekend. Happy to say I only had 22.3 left to go. As this was my first time in this...I am not unhappy with that. Did over two thirds and satisfied that I did not stop trying. Next challenge I am going hit it hard and go ALL the way!

If you were not a big fan of fiber prior deciding this journey, add it slowly. I have tried several and have had the best luck with Shock Absorber. I wear a 38H. Definitely go for the level 4 (high intensity) type. I only have a little bounce with the really good sports bras.

The outfit just to make you sweat. I myself wouldn't invest in one as the idea of sweat is the body's cooling mechanism. The only thing you lose when sweating is salt, electrolytes and water. I like to eat Granny Smith apples in the place of the chips I used to eat. Granny Smith apples are more tart than sweet and have a great crispy crunch. Helps with the desire to salty crunchy things.

I will honestly answer I do not call in sick. I usually go into work when I am sick. I was out for surgery one time and had the office call me not even three hours out of surgery. Then called multiple times a day for the two weeks I was out. Sick time is something I wish I could do.
