Did level 1 day 2 today - harder than yesterday - maybe I put more into it! Then I stupidly went to the gym and did another session! Shoulders are slightly sore but the rest of me feels okay(ish!) Onward and upward.....:smile:

I think it probably includes it as it comes out the same calorie-wise as walking slowly (2 miles per hour). Mind you, if you walk at a good pace and are pushing a larger toddler I'm sure it would probably be more than that!

Well, I read this thread earlier this afternoon and decided to have a go - have just done the first day of level 1 (using the videos on YouTube) Strength - no problem, abs- no problem. Cardio - yuck! I didn't really have a problem with getting breathless, just my lack of 'bounce'. Hopefully that will improve as my legs…
