back after being gone a year plus...focused to lose 10 lbs in 4 weeks!

Do the minimum--and don't beat yourself up when you fall off program. i found that returning to workout helped me immensely. The fog will eventually dissipate and you'll start to focus once again. But, get your exercise--it's great for you mentally and physically.

Feel free to add me if you are serious about your health- I am Cincinnati based and would like to connect with other widows who find food filling the void sadness and grief brings.

back after a year or so--didn't make goal last time around--trying again- recently widowed and needing distraction to get fit and stay healthy to assist in emotional health. Looking for positive influence-no energy for anything else at this time.

I lost my husband, best friend, suddenly last year too. It's painful and unimaginable-the hole in your heart that no one can even imagine unless you've lived through it. YOU MUST get to a support group-- call a local church or funeral home and they'll direct you. GO!! It's hard to push yourself out the door but you MUST!…
