If you're in the UK and you don't run in the rain you'd only get out about twice a year lol! :D I used to enjoy running in the rain, I found it quite refreshing. I made sure I had a couple of pairs of running shoes so that when they got wet they had a good chance to dry out.

OMG sorry for double post but having said that I wasn't seeing any results from t25 and Chalean extreme, I've just done my measurements. Holy cow, as Chalene would say!!! Weight has only gone down 1lb, but I've lost almost an inch from my chest and an inch from my waist. whoop whoop!!!!! :D

Thanks both, very helpful. I will have a think on best way :) for info, Ann, I'm 43, female, current weight 156 lbs, want to lose about 30 lbs. Chalean Extreme is weights based, lift heavy as you can go for 12 reps etc. T25 = jumping about like a total idiot for 25 minutes, no breaks.
