Do you eat carbs at all? You do realize that carbs get broken down into glucose, just as refined sugars do, correct?

You shouldn't completely give up things you love. It will eventually break you.

Define high volume? Like you eat sponges and they expand in your belly? Or you eat like 13 cups of broccoli? As long as you aren't physically discomforted about it, I don't think any major health concerns will arise other than your belly being stretched by eating a lot of food.

I can't bicep curl with straight bar. Hurts my wrists too much. Db's are much easier for me and offer a more natural range of motion. But with that said, what you bicep curl doesn't really matter. That's why no one talks about it. You want to measure overall strength and muscle, use the big three lifts to gauge your…

I squat in the woods when duty calls!

Why would you go to a gym to do p90x? and pay for it? I know classes can be fun, but you can get a much better weight lifting routine for free if you have access to the gym

The fact you are aiming for a number tells me you aren't really ready to lose weight. You should instead try to improve your physique and not worry so much about your weight. After all, isn't the goal to lose weight to look better? That can be achieved without weighing 105 lbs.
