You should disagree with it. It's proven false. Breakfast is no more important than any other meal and it doesn't jump start anything. Your body is remarkable at adapting to your eating schedule. If you don't want to eat in the morning, don't. Its that simple.

Attraction isn't a choice! It's a biological/emotional response, and women are "programmed" to look for the best mate to pass along her genes. It's called evolution! Obviously, there are exceptions to the rules, but for the most part taller men are more attractive to women subconsciously.

I noticed my abs getting larger when I started doing deadlifts giving the appearance that my belly fat shrank. I sweat more doing squats than deads, because I don't do high volume deads.

I think you're caps lock is stuck. ^^ You don't. They fade with time, but they are scars. You may be able to get them lasered to reduce their appearance as well. If they are red or purpleish, they may fade away, but if they've already faded to close to skin tone, they're there for good.

Sounds like a recipe for failure. Eat foods you like. Do it within the confines of your calorie goals. Lose weight. Deprive yourself, binge, fall off the wagon. No one has 100% willpower. You will fail if you deprive yourself of all the foods you love eventually.

Well, if you're eating more, and getting stronger and getting heavier. Then you're adding fat as well as muscle. Weight gains is controlled by calorie consumption. If you're eating a surplus, you're going to gain fat too. Its simple.
