Depends.. For a woman her size and leanness, I'd aim for body weight. For us guys who carry more total fat mass, and know out lean body mass, aim for lean body mass.

Don't listen to this.. At all. You're not going to build mass doing body weight exercises. Period. Check into strong lifts or starting strength program. Eat near maintenance or slight surplus on training days. Always eat 1-1.5g of protein per lb of weight. Eat your carbs! Train hard and be patience. Aim for about .25-.5…

I wash all of my foods before I eat them. Works for me. :)

Definitely not an expert, but form is pretty decent IMO. Looks like your back kind of rounds at the bottom a bit. Much better than most people's I've seen around here.

I am sure someone will have already explained this in one of the numerous answers, but scale weight is a function of many things including water balance, bowel/stomach contents, fat cell density, etc.. You can lose several pounds of fat, but weigh the same, and with some women over shorter periods of time, often times fat…

Depends on desired leanness and overall muscle mass.. But to get lean enough to see 6 pack - 10-12% body fat, expect a weight of around 195 lbs or so with slightly above average muscle mass. With average or below average, expect 180's. I'm 6.1", 10-11% body fat, 180 lbs.

No, not as long as that is your sole source of protein. Even then, while not advisable, would probably be safe assuming the rest of your diet was comprised of whole foods.

Weight loss, yes.. Fat loss, no.

There is only 1/2 of 1% variation of DNA for all humans regardless of race or ethnic background. While you may carry above average muscle mass, you are certainly also carrying above average fat stores as well. So with that being said, if you're happy with how you look and your health indicators are good, no need to lose…

You don't.. Simple as that. It's not needed.

Continue to lose body fat and they will shrink. Nothing you can do to spot reduce them.

I've noticed as I've gotten into better shape, my LI has almost completely gone away. I eat a ton of dairy and for the most part it doesnt bother me at all anymore. Which is really strange. Not sure if its the supplements, or better gut health or better overall health. I still do take dairy pills when I consume a large…

Hope you drop kicked that d-bag?

And for the record, people started making comments about me being too thin like 20-30 lbs ago.. LOL, silly people.
-
People have no idea what the above average fit person looks like in clothes unless they have a ton of muscle. Its normal. Just tell them you're trying to look good naked. That usually ends the conversation.

Or you can eat something sweet and fit it into your daily calorie and nutrient goals. No need to deprive yourself.
-
There is no need to kickstart your metabolism with food. Your body requires energy to function regardless if its in a postprandial or preprandial states. In the end, net daily net energy balance is all you need to concern yourself with.,
