O'RLY, please explain?

The best foods to eat after a workout are the ones that fit within your daily calorie, macro and micro-nutrient goals and that you like to eat. You don't need to eat post workout if you don't want to. IT doesn't provide anything special if you do so.

The closer you are to your goal weight they tighter the error of margin. Ultimately, sugar content won't really inhibit your ability to lose weight assuming you're metabolically healthy. More than likely, you're miscalculating your intake of calories or your expenditure of energy. In the end, weight loss is a math problem.

I can agree with everything you wrote completely. Use your results as the ultimate method to adjust your methods. Don't get so caught up in the small stuff that really doesn't matter. In the end, just work hard, be consistent and good things will eventually come. Getting your dream body will take you longer than you ever…

Clearly! next time do 120 curls in the squat rack and drink a proteinz shake every 2 hours throughout the night.

Yes, even without muscle stimulation, high protein intake is muscle sparing. I remember reading it from a doctor who talked about the IV protein they give to patients in comas. However, muscle stimulus will help even more.

Many of us has desk jobs. Don't need to exercise at work. Just get up periodically, walk around. Take the stairs when possible. Part far away. Walk during lunch. Many things you can do without resorting to working out sitting at your desk.

You're not carrying 10lbs of glycogen on your frame. Just a combination of water weight from the carbs, but its not all glycogen. You'd have to have an insane amount of muscle for 10 lbs of glycogen. I'd stick with A. you need to track changes in weight at the 3-4 week level after they stabilize.

Yes, best invention ever for a dieter/calorie counter. I use mine multiple times per day

Its fine. Drink away.

You should weigh everything that is not a liquid. If its a liquid, use volume measurements. Meat should be tracked in grams or ounces. Find another entry that uses that instead of a volume measurement.
-
no, it doesnt matter.
-
If you're healthy, don't worry about sugar intake. Worry about hitting your calorie and macro goals and eating a diet high in whole, minimally processed foods.

Perhaps you should brush up on sodium intake and its affect on health in non sedentary, dieting people.

Its possible for all, but more difficult for some. Its a combination of fat mass over the abs and muscle size. You can have very little fat but not have visible abs due to lack of muscle mass. In the end, its possible, but more difficult and time consuming for some. It took me the better part of 2 years to lose 150 lbs and…
