What you're doing wrong? 1. Weighing yourself twice a day 2. Worrying about intra day weight gain.

http://www.livestrong.com/article/368257-the-average-weight-for-leg-press-exercises/ I would honestly say that this is very untrained numbers. Good news is it should go up very fast.

There are no foods I'll never eat again. However, there are plenty of foods that I likely would not gorge myself on like I used to.

You're constantly going between times of fat storing and fat burning. All that matters in losing weight is you spend more time burning fat than storing fat. It really is that simple. Stop trying to make things more complicated than they need to be.

Your arms looks like mine.. LOL, impressive for a woman for sure! and yes, I also agree that your vein size increases as you gain more muscle.
-
More than likely your body fat projection is wrong. Unless you have a lot of experience in doing it. Just my general view. Don't be discouraged by this or offended. Everyone is fatter than they expected and has less muscle than they think. It will only be evident as this person gets to relatively low body fat levels.…

What's wrong with fat again? Last time I checked, it was an essential human requirement.

Here's an article from a guy who's studied protein a lot. In fact, he wrote an entire book dedicated to protein. http://www.bodyrecomposition.com/nutrition/protein-controversies.html "Empirically, it’s worth considering that athletes have been habitually consuming large amounts of protein for at least several decades…

Don't worry about it. It doesn't make any difference either way. Just hit your daily goals and don't worry about timing. It matters very, very little.

I'm new as well Please add me. I need more tips to work on improving my thigh gap.

How come the truly great posts around here don't get the views.. But all the stupid stuff does? Don't get it!

Doing the splits would work the best.

As long as I can be considered a DILF, I don't care :drinker:

There's also a YouTube video in my profile with a guy giving a pretty good explanation of it as well.

Everyone always tries to view IIFYM to the extreme. In the end, macro and micro-nutrient sufficiency is required to work. Which means you are eating foods high in micro-nutrients (which subsequently also means that they are usually minimally processed, whole foods which are satiating). The true genius of IIFYM is flexible…

If you have 100 lbs to lose, you shouldn't worry about your abs honestly. Just eat at a deficit, lose weight, lift weights and in time you'll see your abs when you get lean enough.
-
Not caring about how I looked. You gain slowly, 10-15 lbs per year. Over the span of years of overeating, you look up and you've gained a lot of weight. I gained 140 lbs over a 11 year span.

Great response.. One I was trying to make with a very short sentence. Sometimes I lack the ability to describe what I intuitively know. :(

Achieve low body fat. Then you won't care about thigh gap because you'll look good regardless. Just like guys with a six pack don't really care they have large obliques/ and/or large hip bones and not that perfect v-taper

He's ignoring setpoint theory because its not proven to be true. That study does absolutely NOTHING to prove setpoint theory. People simply plateau because there is SOME variable they cannot account for. The bottom line, and complete point of the article is this: You can’t gain bodymass unless your energy intake exceeds…

You have to host them on a website first. You can't just link them directly from your computer. use something like imageshack to upload your pics. Then get the url and put them in the [ img] [ /img] tags
