i ran and did 30DS. my legs were really tired somedays but other than that i was ok. EAT those calories back!! especially with the amount of exercise you will be doing!

i am also an IBS sufferer... it makes life hard!! i have found that the more weight i lose the easier it is to deal with symptoms. i completly cut out dairy for awhile... and have started adding it back in. i also try to avoid red meat and foods cooked in grease. this has worked for me... i still have days i can't go to…

how did you figure out your weight loss heart rate? when i tried to figure mine out it came out to be like 88... and that can not be right!

i usually just drink mine after a workout... so sometimes once a day and sometimes twice.

on the days i do the shred i take a walk or a bike ride (something low impact) and on my skip day i do my usual 3 mile run. level 2 of the shred makes my muscles so shakey i just can't run after.

i usually burn more according to my HRM than MFP says. i don't eat back everything though... i usually leave about 100-150 exercise calories uneaten incase my HRM was off.

my belly is still big... and i run and do curcuits for strength... i know that most of losing belly fat is diet... i've been trying to eat clean and cut way down on the alcohol... that is helping... i have a small tattoo on my hip... i can now see it without sucking in my belly!!
