BEER

HRM accuracy
let me know if you think this is accurate... HRM said that i burned 275 calories doing the 30DS and 333 calories on a 33 minute bike ride... both of those were higher than what MFP calculated... my HRM is new and i was wearing the chest strap.

weight loss and heartburn
so... when i was 30lbs heavier i didn't have a problem with heartburn... now i have heartburn almost every night! it seems to always come after drinking water. anyone else experience this? why is it happening and what can i do to stop it? (TUMS make me sick to my stomach)

30DS Level 1 problems
My dvd has a scratch in it during level 1... how hard would it be on my body if i moved up to level 2 right away? i've had the dvd for months... and have only got around to starting it... so returning it is out of the question. i can get most of level 1 i just miss the entire first set of strength, cardio, and abs. thanks…

how many calories do you burn at the gym?
I try to burn over 600 each trip to the gym... if i don't hit 500 i feel like i wasted my time... even though i know even 100 calories would make a difference!
