I was a total gym rat! but then i plateaued... for an entire year... discovered TurboFire... and now i have hit and passed my weight loss goal and can workout at HOME!! I am a total convert to a "home" gym!

i'm 5'3''... started at 190... now at 135. feel free to add me! I eat clean and work hard and lift heavy!! on my profile you can see all of my pictures. I don't have any of me at 135... i weighed 145 at my wedding last summer.

i was at the same weight for 4 months. stick with it... but change up your exercise.

i also suffer from IBS... we should start a group! since i've lost weight and have been eating better it hasn't been as bad though...

I have IBS.. but i don't get constipated!! i would recommend coffee and fiber. also sugar free candy always seems to get things moving for me!

i was incredibly disorganized last night and this morning... and didn't have time to pack a lunch... so i had a lean cuisine... yuck... and that bad decision led to pre packaged dinner too... yuck... may this be a lesson on organization for everyone!

agree about the cereal.. if you're going to eat cereal make sure its a high fiber low sugar cereal... like kashi or fiber one... also are you eating enough to stay full throughout the day? try to get more fruits and veggies.... and stay away from the white rice... otherwise it looks good to me!

i bought 100 grands and they are currently in my trunk. where they will stay until the 31st. my boyfriend takes the leftovers to work the next day so the candy doesn't stay at home. 100 grands are my favorite though...

your HRM will be more accurate than the machines at the gym. My FT7 synchs up with the machines at the gym. does yours?

i didn't get that when i started... but now i get a lof of "you want to lose MORE weight!" and "where are you going to lose more weight from?"

i'm always over on sugar too... i eat a lot of fruit... so i just stopped tracking it.

i've been bouncing between the same 4lbs since august... tomorrow i meet my personal trainer. i'm excited. i think it will be well worth the money... and my gym has a coupon for 2 free personal training sessions. so i figured why not!! i want to lose the last 10lbs before Christmas. so i say GO FOR IT!

when i first started i didn't track it... or care that much... but now that i'm getting so close to my goal i'm noticing it is making a big difference. one day over and my weight is up for a few days... i also drink around 15 cups of water a day.

i'm making clean chicken and dumplings tonight!! i found a great blog with a ton of great recipes and great information.... thegraciouspantry.com... she is also on MFP. i got the recipe for dinner there. :)
