i have been stuck between 159 and 162 for almost 3 weeks... i've just concentrated on eating as clean as possible... drinking lots of water... and changing my workout completly. i weighed in today at 158.2... so i hope i have broke the plateau. there are lots of forums about plateaus... just do a search.

try jillian michalel's 30 Day Shred DVD... it will work all of those areas in about 30 minutes a day. do a search on the forums for lots of information!!

took the DVD out and cleaned it. Cleaned out the DVD player. Worked great!! the hardest part of level 1 is the abs... :(

i started today!! i will have to take saturdays off because we go to the lake for the weekend... but swimming in a lake is a GREAT workout too!!

i was nervous about going to the gym too... i just decided that i had to do it for my health. I went i did my thing and i left. i never talked to anyone. eventually i started seeing the same faces and started chatting with some of the others working out. now i go to the gym because i get to see my "family!"
