  • Good advice from you all. I was all over the building today (including taking the stairs) so I'm sure that helped. I was wiped out tonight but still took the dog for about a 20 minute walk.
  • I read that recently also. I personally make mine Saturday, because I usually meet friends for lunch. And usually at places that have very few healthy options. But I am beginning to see that I make fewer "bad" choices without really thinking about it. :happy:
  • I just started too, and lost 1.4 lbs my first week! Now I just need some friends to help keep me motivated.
  • That's great! I've been "spying" for a couple of weeks now, and have seen that lots of people are doing better here than they did on WW. I know so many people that have done so well and just couldn't figure out what I was doing wrong. I'm really hopeful that this is a good move for me.
  • Truly good advice, thanks! I have a ton of weddings and a family reunion coming up, all followed by the holidays. I'm trying so hard to NOT give up.
