  • In my experience, it's best to eat something small like a granola bar, apple, or banana about half an hour before your workout. It helps give you fuel, but-for most people-won't make you want to throw up or anything. Then eat after your workout as soon as you're hungry.
  • Walking is a great way to burn some calories, or you could always pick a room or two in your house and clean them: you earn some food that way and get the place looking nicer
  • Haha I'm new too :) Add me if you like I'd say find some things that you like but are still healthy or that you can eat in smaller portions. For me, it's 100 calories bags of popcorn, healthy choice fudge bars from Costco, and single pieces of Hershey's Bliss dark chocolate. There's always a way to get in the salty snacks,…
