This used to be my same exact "issue" and I just figured I wasn't much of a "sweat-er"...UNTIL...I started drinking a gallon of water a day! Once I started that, it was as if, the entire gallon was coming back through my pours. Not sure how much water you're taking in, but that was the determining factor for me.

^^This. With that said if you are consuming 1200cals+eating back exercise calories, sometimes its easy to skip breakfast and start eating after 1pm.
