Hi I am new on here. Just joined a diet contest at work. I need some friends and a support team on here. Would love to hear from you. Also would love any tips or ideas for exercise and dieting.

    That is my exact story! Started Biggest Loser at my job last week, and found this site in the midst of it all...and I LOVE IT!! Don't have any friends on here yet, but would love to encourage you along the way!
