Hey avoid150, it's great to see you back!!! WW is a great program is more about portion control and choices. As an example, If you want a glass a wine then don't have the pasta. I'm going to try and add more veggies to my meals. :)

Hi all, I'll try to give you a short version: I've battled my weight most my life and in 2009 after hitting my high of 187+, I joined WW and lost about 60 pounds. I had gained a little back the next few years when my hubby introduced me to P90X. We both completed P90X in Nov 2012 and had wonderful results; at 54 yo I never…

I'm not 5'6, only 5'3 3/4 @ 130 lbs. I believe the calories you eat daily is by how much you weigh and not necessarily how tall. I'm trying to lose some more fat so I eat 1200 a day and never eat back any workout calories BUT, I do go over on calories for special treat days. You're doing fantastic so keep rocking it!…

http://www.teambeachbody.com/get-fit/fitness-tip/-/ftip/260218248/all/2/5 I read the above article on Beachbody and it really explains a lot about what your body is going thru. Hopefully, it will help answer some of your questions. Life gets in the way but, you still get to choose what you want out of it. Best wishes!

You're doing a fantastic job and looking good! ;)

We all have are "problem" area and as far as I know the only thing to make that area smaller is lose fat. You can't just lose it in one spot, you have to lose all over your body and get your BF% down. My problem area is my tummy and losing BF and building muscle has made it smaller, so keep pushing it and you'll get there.

Hi, I would say "if you think you can, then you will" so go for it! When I started I was 150lbs at 1200 calories did P90X & played tennis 4 times a week, I never adjusted my calories or ate back any exercise calories; I would make sure to have two complex carbs a day to help w/energy. Everyone is different, try it and see…

Amazing results! I had to laugh because I wasn't sure what the "pregnancy belly" picture was at first. Impressive job!
