There ya go! You know when you over done it. Your body will tell you. Doing a 20 - 25 min workout is not over doing it. Just remember to stretch and warm-up.

You can log strength training in your cardio area, but to get a true calorie count, get a HRM.

If it has a resistance level, crank it up! But once you get spinning, your heart rate will go up and sweat will start to come after that. Get a better saddle (lingo for bike seat ;-) ) Until then, some ice and heating pad lol Good luck & God Bless

Well you could be replacing fat with muscle. Depending on your exercise. Also your weight will fluctuate daily. Good Luck & God Bless

Don't expect big results right away. Exercise routine like the P90X will burn fat, but will also build muscle. So there could be a trade off. You also want to get better meals. I believe it comes with a nutrition plan to help you out. Result will start to set in after a few weeks. Good luck & God Bless

I can do about 3 sets of 4 on dips and now can do about 2 -3 pull ups. Things that will help with that is lat pull down, dumbbell rows, bicep curls. Assisted Pull-ups can really help too. Good luck & God Bless

At first, it would be best to take actual measurements of the foods you eat. It won't take too long before you figure out what a 6 oz or whatever of chicken looks like. Hope this helps God Bless
