Great Job, I just finished my first 5k on Sat 12-8 finished in 51min, came in 16 out of 25 in my age group of 58 women. looking forward to my next run...:smile:

I agree, I log all my food for breakfest and lunch before I leave to go to work, that way I know I have what I can eat and if I want something from my snack drawer, I will think twice if it is worth taking away my intake for dinner.
