The same thing happened to me. I think society has us convinced you have to eat less to lose weight so it's hard to change your way of thinking. Wait....I have to eat more??!! LOL. Congrats though!!

Bump!

Holy crap! You look amazing!!! I love the lacey blue dress too. Great job.

All I know is, don't bother with a wrist watch only type. I'm not sure they even come close to being correct. You really need the chest strap.
-
Rude! You should have just kept quiet. Obviously you have never had problems with binge eating. It's a tough road for some of us. To OP: I totally get it! Some days are worse then others. I try to keep anything tempting out of my house altogether.
-
Very good idea!

I'm not allowing any Halloween candy in the house until my son gets his from trick or treating. He's very young, so chance are it will be minimal. Since we're not home during trick or treating hours, I don't need to buy any. I find if it's not in the house it's too much energy to bother finding some. As for…

Amazing! Thank you for posting. You look fantastic :)

You hit the nail right on the head! It does help....thank you!

Thank you for your advice! I realize that I was being impatient. It felt good to eat back my calories today.
-
You can add me! Because I've always been ashamed of my weight, I don't talk about to ANYONE. Even my husband. So yes, I completely understand feeling alone. I'd love if we could keep each other going!

You guys are right! I should never have changed things up. There was definitely some impatience going on and I recognize that now. And I would never stop the exercise. Not only is it good for your body, it's proved to be great for my mind too. Thanks for the feedback!

I like this :)

Meeee please!!

I just read it. Thank you! I'll invest in a more sophisticated one in the coming months. And until then I will stick with my rudimentary formula.
-
I've been adding all 3 up and dividing for a number in the middle. LOL. I guess I should stick with the lowest though. My HRM does take into account weight, age and gender.

I wanna see more!! Wish I had some to share...

Ughhh...I was diagnosed right around the same time. As hard as it was for me to eat right, I have to admit it was helpful in keeping me from gaining lots of extra weight in the third trimester. I'm not real creative when it comes to food so I basically stuck with chicken and beef, cottage cheese, carrots, whole wheat…
-
You can totally pull off that dress! Congrats on the huge success!!!
-
Very inspirational! You look (and must feel) fantastic! Thanks for sharing.
-
Me too! I'm not quite sure how to add you though. LOL.

How do you adjust it manually? I mean, how do I know how many calories I should be taking in if I weight 10lbs less then when I started?
-
It's so weird though because I don't feel hungry or deprived at all! That's why it seems crazy to me that I haven't been eating enough. But I understand that I need to do this in a healthy fashion so I will bring down my desired loss amount. Has anyone else used the MapMyWalk app? I've been wondering if the calorie count…

That helps, thank you! My current goal is about 60 lbs but ultimately I'd love to lose 100lbs. With that being said, do you really think 2lbs per week is too much? That is what I have it set to right now but if that could be working against me, I will adjust. I have taken into account my sedentary lifestyle as I work…

Are you using brown or white rice and is instant ok? What about canned beans that have been rinsed well (to get the sodium down.) I love these kinds of recipes! Thank you for sharing!!
