Thank you for sharing! I've always know that my relationship problems with food stemmed from a psychological place as a pose to anything in the food. However, certain foods can absolutely trigger me to start the binge process. Whether or not it's the deliciousness factor or the habit that has come from years of stuffing…

My measurements are a bit different (5'4" and currently 160) but I've gotten off track too. I have problems with binge eating and have basically gone hog-wild over the past two months. LOL. I've been maintaining 1-2 cardio workouts a week which is just enough to help from gaining everything back. Anyhow, I could use some…

Glad you're on the track to feeling better. I went through a similar slump and this might sound funny...... but what helped me jump start being healthy again was this website called dietbetter.com. I'm sure plenty of people will knock it but it's worked for me so far. Essentially you bet (real money BTW) that you can lose…

I hate the skinny minnie thing too. Or when someone sees you for the first time since you've lost and they are super loud and exagerrated. "OHHHH MYYY GOSSHHH LOOOK AT YOUUU! YOU ARE SOOO SKINNY NOW!" :embarassed: And don't get me wrong, it's feels great knowing that I look good etc. but when people acknowledge it that…

New one for me: The wrinkles in my face are much more apparent now! :ohwell: Also, the shocking realization that I can go into ANY clothing store now and find something that fits. Well, except maybe for Lane Bryant. This is very dangerous thing for my wallet. I've been trying to utilize the Salvation Army thrift store…

I second that! I want to try these!!

I'd like to hear some input as I'm kind of in the same boat. My downfall is binge eating and I'm in the middle of a bad cycle right now. All this despite getting up super early almost every morning to work out. If only I could get the food thing back under control...

I love Special K Protein. It's pretty low in calories, has a decent amount of protein and it's yummy. I usually have 1 cup with 3/4 skim milk. I f you can allow more calories, I also like Kashi Go Lean cinnamon crumble.

I let myself "cheat" around the holidays and it was the worst mistake ever. My definition of cheat is eating AS MUCH as I want, not neccesarily whatever I want. I never deprive myself of having a little bit of something yummy and it is sooo hard to stop but I was doing really well. The thought of "I'd like to eat this…

I've noticed my wrinkles are more visable. :(

Beautiful! You look amazing and sound it also. Congratulations! Thank you so much for sharing.

Great inspiration. Thank you for sharing! I'm scared about not being able to maintain the loss but clearly it can be done! Very nice :)

Try adding some unsweetened applesauce. I always do and they've never been dry! Sometimes I also add peanut butter chips. Just be warned that these aren't traditional cookies so don't bite into it expecting a burst of sugar.

What about without protein powder? I can't seem to get over the taste of that stuff...

I got a massage when I hit 30 pounds lost. Now I'm trying to think about something for 50. I wouldn't mind some suggestions!

So are we supposed to be posting pics etc to this group? LOL. I've never been part of a "group" so I'm not really sure how it works.

I would like to join! I'm about halfway through my journey to a (hopeful) 80 pound loss. It's taken me 6 months to get to this point. The scale is starting to move a lot slower now and since the holidays, it's been hard to get back to eating at my calorie goal. Food has ALWAYS been a comfort for me thus leading me to be…

Very inspirational! Thank you for sharing.

HAHA...I love this. My biggest irritation has been my bras not fitting. I can handle saggy pants and flowing shirts, but man when my bra just keeps rising up my back it drives me nuts!

On days that I do strength training, I eat the protein ones. Other days I'll eat the fiber ones. Hope that helps. :)

Great results! Keep up the good work!!

I've been doing workout DVDs instead of my usual 5:30 AM walks. Here in Boston, the weather has been all over the place so even though it's in the 30's today, we're expected to get up to the 60's by the enod of the week which is great. On the cold days though, I try and walk while the sun is up. Good luck! I know it stinks…

It may be kind of difficult for you because of your family, but I just don't keep anything tempting in the house. Also the fact that I am very faithful to logging everything usually stops me simply because I don't want the hassle of figuring out the calorie count or even just entering it in my diary.

That's awesome! Guess you'll have to move on to Victoria's Secret, huh?

Love, love, LOVE this!!!

LOL. It's hard to explain it as a victory to people that aren't trying to lose weight!

Going to bed early is the best thing for me. Also, DON"T THINK when the alarm goes off. I literally just roll right out of bed, put my clothes on (laid out the night before) and GO. If you stop to think about how tired you are, or how heavy your eyelids feel, how cold it is etc. that is what is going to put the doubt in…

I didn't know there was hope! Everyone has had such great result. Thank you for the inspiration. Keep posting!!
