Thanks guys, I seem to average around 110g of Protein a day, so am always showing red using the defaults.

Yeah would probably work with a potato masher if you didn't have any blender. We used the hand blender as you can just bung it in the pan.

Every morning I have Mornflake - Organic Oats, 40 g - made with water mixed with Sainsbury's - Frozen Blueberries & Strawberries, 80 g. 175 Calories. Not exactly cereal but is really filling The wording seems a bit weird as I have kept it in the searchable format for MFP if you want to look it up

You can make oven chips or Sweet potato chips again in the oven. Still does not beat them fresh from the chip shop with loads of salt and vinegar though.

Why is your carb limit set to 150? My DN told me that 300 is about right if you're active and exercising. Although I am a new diabetic, but from what I can see, it's personal, and if your blood sugar is still within normal you are OK

Would put my money on Everton as well. Everton were the best side I have seen at the Liberty this season......and possibly better than anything last season. They were class.

I weigh out 30 grams of Macadamia nuts and put them in a bag. Not the lowest cals but very tasty and I believe pretty good for you.

Nice post......speaks a lot of sense. I think people do it in the main to try and be helpful and pass on what they have learned. Everyone is a little bit different. I can not eat one square of dairy milk, and required the whole 400 gram bar! same with crisps, multipack = extra big serving. The only way I can deal with them…
