  • My husband really likes some of the recipes from Diane Sanfilippo's Practical Paleo, especially the Pumpkin Pancakes with the banana substitute. No flour either, which makes them easy to make :).
  • If you are overdoing according to MFP and still loosing weight I would say you are probably okay. I find that tracking sugar makes a huge difference for my weight loss (although fruit sugar matters less). I am not saying I can't have 1 day during the week where I go over, but it can't be a regular thing.

  • I found that I need to consume more fat (healthy like avocado and walnuts), than MFP recommends. It helps me loose weight much faster, than trying to go low fat.
  • I don't think an occasional glass of wine is a big deal, especially due to the possible health benefits. I enjoy an occasional glass or red, and my nutritionist said that is find, and may even have health benefits.
