I'm exactly 5' but if I were about 5'9" I'd be at the perfect weight!!! ;-) Seriously, I'm allowed 1200 calories and I need them all to not feel hungry. I do exercise and burn a couple hundred calories a day by doing so. What I want is chocolate chip cookies. What I get is carrots!!!!

I just did a search on Leslie Sansone's DVDs and see lots of you work out to them. Does anyone know how many calories are burned for the various workouts? Thanks for your help. Jill

Thanks, everyone!!! I'm going to try to ween myself off the diet sodas. I've heard others say that they lost weight just by cutting out diet beverages.

Hi Dawn, Yes, I've been guilty of not eating breakfast so I'm hearing ya!!! I bought some Oatmeal To Go Bars (which I love) and am now eating them for breakfast. Thanks for the info.

WTG, Eva!!! I like the way you think and I'm HUGE on rewarding myself for good behavior so I'll definitely do the diet soda reward for awhile til I get used to drinking lots of water. Thanks, again!!!

Yikes!!! I started it a few days ago and have lost 2 lbs. No nasty side effects yet. I'm going on a cruise next week so will stop it during the time I'm gone just to make sure.

Thanks, Eva!!! No wine????:sad: I'll definitely check out that web site you mentioned. I do have a problem with diet drinks. I drink a LOT of caffeine free diet coke/pepsi. Yikes, no wine or diet coke? Somebody just shoot me!!!
