I have been under a lot lately and find myself not finishing my food i get full fast!! i mean i have 242 cals left out of 1600 and i splurged on a 100 grand candy bar!!

With the kids and school its hard to stay on calories but ill tell you what i did this week that really help...i put about 10 chicken cutlets in the crockpot with 2 cans of chicken broth and cooked them for the week. thanks i absolutely feel horrible...my doc said no dairy because of the congestion. So my calorie intake has been only 300-500 cals a day and all bread tea and chicken broth i cant even hold the noodles down
