thanks guys...i just wish it would all just work out..you know that saying God only gives u what u can handle, well i think he went overboard with me... Kraft Jet puffed Mallow Bites...chocolate cover marshmallows absolutely delicious!! 130 cals for 24 mini marshmallows!!! u can eat the whole bag for under the amount of cals for a candy bar!! low fat and helps my sweet tooth

Treat yourself but i would eat half and wait a while to see how u feel. I know when i haven't had grease or fast food in a while eating a whole burger will make me really sick. Plus you may get full and save the other half for later!!! ENJOY!!

i dont like greek yogurt but i will have to get some and try it ...i eat salad everyday with turkey and cheese simple because im not a big veggie fan but i LOVE dressing and get carried away! i logged my food yesterday and almost went over my sodium because of that dressing lmao
