Congrats on getting this far!!

Weigh in tomorrow morning!!

How did u do with the water challenge!!

Week four challenge: Get at least 30 minutes of exercise in 4 days a week!!
Plus drink at least 64oz of water a day!!

Each week we will add another challenge and end up with a new life and a happy healthier life!!

    I had a great week. I started putting to practice what the Nutritionist said and I've lost some weight which is great! Hopefully, I can keep it up! Next I need to start inputting some strength training exercise. Hope everyone had a great week!:wink:

    I had a bad week. i didn't loose anything i am still 198. i messed up this week and next week we have lots of family stuff going on so i am worried i am going to mess up again. I am frustrated and can't seem to get this right. O.K. going to try again this week.

    keep trying i messed up today bad i have been severely depressed and i had taco bell and little debbie cake today check my food diary i wen over a lot and then i stopped adding
  • one bad day doesn't define your goal! You guys will do great! I allow myself one day where I can eat or drink alcohol if I choose, but not go over board. I think you need those kinds of days so that you don't feel like you dieting. SO dust yourself off, tomorrows a new day!

    Need a life changer moment please!!! Weight was 217.2 on tuesday gained a pound I WILL DO THIS!!!!!!
  • Its ok. Your weight will flux give or take 5 lbs. My physical therapist told me. So, it could be nothing. Just think tomorrows a new day

    thanks hun i wish i had money to join a gym!! i need that motivation to get up and move

  • See. I work out at my house but I have a back problem so I had to go see a physical therapist for a couple of months until the pain went away.
