Hey girls!!! I have changed my job to night shift 10pm to 7am full` time so its been hard !!!

Hope you all had a good week! Weigh in tomorrow!!

How did everyone do with there challenge "do something for yourself"

I personally got a mani pedi for me it was great!!

Challenge this week is no chocolate!! Can we do it!!

    I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving. I really didn't log thurs, fri or sat. I had family in and I didn't excerise either but my weight stayed the same. I tried to watch the portions of what I ate. Trying to lose two lbs by Monday! I started my diet and exercise again. Last week of school then finals so I know the exercise will help with the stress. I bought myself some long sleeve shirts. I love shopping! OK hope everyone has a great week!

    ps. I changed my SW b/c I went to a Nutritionist and that is what I weighed there.

    congrat hun!! I didnt log over thanksgiving much either i tried but family was here and the weekend before was my childrens party and family was in so i didnt log!! But its still working
