First mile of the month done :)! Did Burn it Up DVD from the Slim in Six series, then hopped on the treadmill for my mile. 1/40 done. Have a great start to your month, everyone! Here's to your health!

I did 60 last month in conjunction with my other workouts. Looking at the month ahead, with travel, etc. I will set this month's walk goal at 40 with Leslie and/or treadmill. I will also continue strength training.

2 miles on treadmill to get me to my goal of 60 for the month! :). I had already done a one hour weight training DVD workout but this challenge motivated me to get on the treadmill after to hit my goal! Great job all!! Pinkypan1 - ok, now, your little walker ticker is out of sight!! Lol! Great work!!

2 Miles - Belly Blasting Walk Also did a strength training DVD with Karen Voigt using a Body Bar - love it! 38/40 - 2 to go so should make it on Momday! :)

Walk Strong - just received it yesterday and was excited to try it - loved it! Leslie alternates between circuits of three minutes each of walking and compound strength training moves with whatever weight you can handle. Hi everyone! Walk Strong arrived in the mail yesterday and was so excited to try it today! I kept the weights very low since I just strength trained yesterday, and still got a very nice workout! Excited to do this one again! 2 miles today for 27/40 for the month Have a great evening!

Great walking, everyone! Did a different DVD today but still got a great workout (Debbie Siebers - Shape it Up). But couldn't help but to report in :). Tomorrow will be a big walk day for me. Have a lovely day and enjoy your walks and how good they make you feel!

Tried another new DVD today - "Walk Slim - 5 Really Big Miles". Did miles 1 and 2. Mile 2 incorporated some resistance bands. I liked this a lot! Tomorrow, back to "Walk it Off in 30" 16/40 miles done. Have a great day!

2 miles with Walk it Off in 30 - "Burn" (walking) section. Also did the strength training "Firm" routine on the DVD. I'm ready for some heavier weights on some of the exercises! Feeling great! I really appreciate having this group for encouragement! 14/40 miles for the month done. Happy walking!

2miles with Lesie's walk it Off in 30. I also did the "Firm" segment which is 30 minutes of strength training. I really like this and am committed to doing the "Firm" segment 3 times weekly in addition to walks, looking to increase the amount of weight I use.. 12/40 miles done Have a great day!!

(Didn't do the floor work segment) 10/40 done - 30 to go Almost didn't walk to day as I am doing lots of cleaning and thought maybe I should reserve my energy. SO glad I chose to walk!
