I weigh and measure all :) I've been at this since September 1st, 2013. I just started to increase calories recently.

Having mine out next week! Yikes!! I was also told, losing weight can make them very upset (the stones). That its not just fat that can bring on an attack its a combo of fat/protein. But now anything does it, but I think I'll have a pretty good idea what a heart attack is gonna feel like when this is out of me. :explode:

Sounds familiar! I seem to get majority of calories in the evening BUT am trying to have a 'loaded' protein shake for breakfast its around 500 calories once I add everything in. I try not to snack much, so I get about 350ish calories for lunch and the rest is at dinner. If life were perfect I'm sure it would balance out,…

I'd say its a healthy snack (unless its gobs of PB :)) I like PB on a apple rice cake with bananas.... but it doesn't get much better then a PBJ on wheat. Happy eating!
