To have been losing weight, then add in exercise to gain some weight back at first? My muscles are sore so I’m guessing inflammation today.

Thoughts
So I’ve set my goal to -2lbs/ week. Which puts my calories at 1200/day. Question is: Q1 if I’m eating 1200 now but hit a plateau, I don’t have the option to drop under 1200, so is it best to start, say at 1400 or 1500 then lower as I hit those stalls? Eggs...
I'm working on weighing and measuring everything..so for instance right now I'm boiling eggs, before boiling one weighed in at 67g w/ the shell. So for a hard boiled egg I would weigh this as cooked right w/o the shell? But if I were to scramble eggs that egg weight would be raw before cooked? Thanks in advance... :)

Not eating if your not hungry
A while back read an article about not eating right away when you wake up. Prolonging the "fast" from the night before. I know if I eat to early it seems to make me eat more during the day or even feel hungry sooner. I've been eating only when hungry and not eating right away. Thoughts?

Walking
Have people been truly successful at just walking to aid in weight loss? Or do you suggest adding some strength training along with it? If I walk at least 5x/wk and did strength 2x/wk or should it be more like 3x/wk? Thanks in advance :smiley:

Exercise calories...
So I usually get in 4000-5000 steps just walking at work, like getting the mail etc...but it is just a desk job. So Fitbit gives me calories burned... At what point do you use the TDEE calculator?
This is when it confuses my lil brain... Calories: MFP 1410 ( w/ 1.5lb/week) TDEE 2575 - 15% = 2189 BMR 2146 -15% = 1824 I walk 30 mins 5x/week Will be adding strength training 2-3x as well. Do I just stay with MFP because I need to lose a lot and not worry about the whole TDEE thing at this time?

Need to lose about 100lbs...
Currently I've set my goal at 1.5/week, wondering if I should set for 2/week instead. I'm eating a 35%|35%|25% and keeping sugars to 30g. Not a soda drinker, occasionally maybe and will be implementing a walking/strength training program.

Once you've entered in your stats do you stick to what calorie goals it sets for you or do you change it to what you want? Mine popped up at 1415/day but that seems high for weight loss. Typically I stick to about 1200/day. Thoughts?

Just trying to understand this... Sorry a real n00b here but are you saying: If I eat 1200 calories/ day and burn 400 from exercising that is a CI<CO moment? Is a person supposed to eat that back or they'd be fine with a total of 800 calories for the day?
