Well I'm back! Not that you knew me before but still 
I'm a 48 yr old female who is struggling to lose weight. I've gone from being super heavy, to having a lapband, to having it removed because it slipped, to gaining some weight back, to WW and now back in gear with MFP! I'd like to drop 100+lbs and get fit while doing it. I'm starting out with a 30%c/40%p/30%f ratio because I have done well with that before.
Any advice is appreciated. I love new recipes and am interested in learning what macros and micronutrients are all about!
